The use of molecular targets to establish alternative strategies for Aedes aegypti control
The construction of a mutant mosquito for DOOR2 gene by CRISPR/CAS9 methodology can allow us to understand important processes of vectorial capacity and, most importantly, identify and characterize a possible target for alternative molecular vector control strategies.
