The overall objective of the project is to develop a pilot design for building resilience in Brazilian municipalities, considering climate change and based on a human rights approach (ABDH). 

OBJECTIVES/RESULTS:

• Parameters and Guidelines for building local resilience with a human rights-based approach (ABDH) 
• Framework identifying those responsible according to public policy instruments, regulations and legislation
• Case study in Barao de Cocais (Diagnosis to assess the impact of human rights, which is capable of identifying socially constructed vulnerabilities and the capacity to react to disasters).
